Resetting a VelaEasy website password

1. Request a password reset so the system sends an email to the email address associated with the website.
2. Open the first password-reset email and click the link to confirm the password change.
3. Wait for VelaEasy to send another email containing the newly set password.
4. Log in to VelaEasy using the username and password provided by the system.
5. Complete identity verification by entering the one-time password sent to the email address associated with the website.

Adding HTML code to a website

VelaEasy is a website-builder platform and provides a section for placing code on a website page.

1. Write the HTML code that you want to add to the website.
2. Copy the written HTML code.
3. Paste the HTML code into the VelaEasy backend or an available website section.

• VelaEasy supports inserting code in HTML, but does not support JavaScript or code from other programming languages.
• Code that conflicts with the VelaEasy system may cause a website page to display incorrectly.

Selecting the website business at login

• If a login email is associated with both an IMP business and a website business, select the website business to manage the website.
