• VelaEasy supports adding HTML code to a website.

How to

Resetting access when the login email is linked to multiple businesses

1. When resetting access for the website, select the Website business.
2. Check the registered email account for the VelaEasy password-reset message.
3. Open the first VelaEasy password-reset email and click its confirmation link.
4. After you use the confirmation link, VelaEasy sends a newly generated password in another email.
5. Log in to VelaEasy using the username and password supplied by the system.
6. Complete identity verification by entering the one-time password sent to the registered email address.

Adding VelaEasy HTML code to a website

1. Write the HTML code that will be added to the website.
2. Copy and paste the HTML code into the VelaEasy backend.
3. Place the HTML code on a website page using a section provided by VelaEasy.
