Finding upcoming training courses
- Monitor the website homepage for training-course announcements.
- Check the website’s news section for information about upcoming training courses.
Requesting a refund of withheld tax
- Send the original withholding tax certificate to the company. The certificate may be sent through LINE.
- Send a copy of the bank book so the company can process the refund. After receiving the withholding tax certificate, the company processes a refund of the withheld amount.
Joining online training
- After the training details are finalized, the agent creates a Google Meet session.
- The agent sends the Google Meet invitation to the email addresses provided for the participants.
- Participants join the online training through Google Meet to learn how to use the system.
Receiving the training registration QR code
- A QR code is sent to the email address used for training registration.
