- An RMP username is an email address.
- RMP login may require identity verification with a six-digit one-time password (OTP) sent by email.
- The login process may also require an OTP sent to the phone number shown on the system's main page. R-MP sends one-time passwords to a mobile phone number.
- After the RMP login email is changed and confirmed, the new email is used for future logins.
Resetting an unknown RMP password
- Try logging in with the previous RMP password.
- If the previous password does not work, request a password reset using the associated email address.

- After the reset request is confirmed, a subsequent email provides the new password.

Rules & Requirements
Payment and package requirements
- Payment is normally required before RMP service usage begins.
- After a purchase order is received, a request can be submitted to begin RMP training even if the customer pays according to an accounting payment cycle.
- R-Web, R-CRM, and R-Message do not need to be purchased separately when they are included through RMP.
- When adding an RMP user, the service term must be checked against the package expiry date.
- An RMP package adjustment takes effect the following day. If the adjustment is made during renewal, the service is renewed for one additional day.
Service access after non-renewal
- Customers cannot access RMP after the service is not renewed.
- RMP data is retained for a maximum of 30 days after non-renewal.
- After the 30-day retention period, the service cannot be renewed. The customer must subscribe to RMP as a new service.
RMP usernames and login email addresses
- The RMP username is generally the registered email address or the email address used for login.
- The new RMP system requires the registered email address as the username.
- Enter the username exactly as shown in the system-generated email, including “www.” when it appears.
- For one relevant RMP version, the website name—not the registered email address—must be entered as the username when resetting a password.
- Changing the email address for an RMP site also changes the username used to log in.
- The RMP login email address and password are separate from Gmail login credentials.
Password requirements and recovery
- An RMP password must contain English letters and numbers; there is no minimum password length.
- The user chooses the RMP password and may use the same password as for the previous website login.
- After a password-reset request, RMP sends the password-change instructions to the email address used for login.
- Support staff cannot provide the existing RMP password or change it directly.
One-time-password verification
- The first new RMP login requires one-time-password verification through both email and mobile number.
- Subsequent logins use the mobile number for one-time-password verification.
- The mobile number used for RMP one-time passwords cannot be replaced with an email address.
- Cancelling the mobile number disables one-time-password protection.
- Cancelling or changing OTP verification requires the website owner to submit an ownership request and documentation for processing.
- Required ownership documentation includes a company registration certificate and a copy of one company director’s identification card. The documents must be no more than six months old.
- Repeated OTP requests can temporarily block access.
Changing RMP account details
- Access to the old email address is required to change RMP account details through account settings.
- Changing the login email may require identity verification using the old phone number or old email address.
- Changing the login email does not automatically change the existing password.
- The username can be changed after the required request and ownership documentation are received.
- The highest-level administrator cannot change an individual RMP user’s display name.
Exporting data
- When RMP requests a password during data export, that password is used to open the document sent by email.
Managing forum posts and forums
- RMP does not provide a tool to block users from posting in a forum.
- Forum posts can be removed only after they have been posted.
- Before deleting a forum post, the user must inspect the forum thread.
- Posts must be deleted one at a time; multiple posts cannot be selected and deleted together.
- Deleting a forum removes posts created by other users.
- Deleting a forum makes existing links to it inaccessible.
- Hiding a forum in the content archive does not prevent people who already have its link from posting.
- A deleted forum can be created again later.
