Overview
What R-Widget does
- R-Widget is a coded button or system that can be installed on websites hosted on other platforms, including nearly any website.
- It normally appears in the lower-right corner of the screen, and its display position can be adjusted.
- It provides buttons and inquiry options that website visitors can use to request information or initiate inquiries.
- It can create pop-up images on a website.
- It can display contact channels and a cookie-consent function.
Contact channels and LINE configuration
- Available contact channels include callback requests, LINE, and telephone contact.
- The contact phone number displayed in the website contact widget can be edited.
- When a LINE ID is configured, selecting the LINE icon displays a QR-code pop-up that visitors can scan to start a LINE chat.
Website installation and visibility
- The website system already includes R-Widget, so customers using that website system do not need to add the R-Widget code manually.
- Customers who do not use that website system can use the provided R-Widget code to install the widget.
- When the Hide Widget setting is gray, the widget is not hidden. When it is green, the widget is hidden.
Website activity statistics and daily summaries
- R-Widget collects statistics about website access and reports the number of people accessing the website each day.
- It reports conversion information based on the system’s algorithm. The system may regard a visitor who remains on a website for more than two minutes as a conversion or as a customer showing genuine interest.
- R-Widget can send daily email summaries containing website activity statistics. These summaries can include page views, smart conversions, and the number of widget sets.
