Overview

What R-Web provides

  • R-Web is a template-based website platform and the classic, original version of the platform. It is a ready-made website service that lets customers enter and edit their own information.
  • R-Web provides templates, sections, a basic online shop system, and website storage space with one domain in the starting package.
  • R-Web can create content consisting of text, images, product or service details, and news.
  • Customers can customize the website's appearance and edit the content of each website section themselves.
  • The platform includes a Products and Services menu, a Product Categories section, forms, an article library, an attachment section, an album section, and a Webboard or forum.
  • The platform supports SEO, HTML code, Google Tag Manager code, and Facebook Pixel code through fields in the backend. API connections may be limited because R-Web uses a ready-made website format, and WordPress plugins cannot be used with it.
  • R-Web includes ongoing server and system maintenance.
  • The Readyplanet Platform is an all-in-one platform that combines a website with hosting. Its standard subscription includes cloud hosting and does not require additional annual charges beyond the quoted subscription price.
  • The platform includes R-Web, R-Shop, R-Widget, and R-Chat. It can also include advertising-account integration and CRM.
  • Platform packages are divided into Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The platform can be further developed for customer-specific features rather than being built entirely from scratch.
  • The platform can create promotional websites for online shops and includes an online-shop system. It can support PayPal, KBank, Visa, and Mastercard payments.
  • The platform is prebuilt with an established website structure and supports Google search bots and AI systems that collect website information.
  • The more advanced system is described as faster and providing more usage features and online-shop functions.

Packages, trials, and renewals

  • R-Web is available for purchase and is offered with a 14-day trial. Customers can continue using the same platform after purchasing a package following the trial.
  • Website packages are offered annually. The starting package includes one domain, website storage space, basic templates, a basic online shop, and 24-hour customer support.
  • An upgrade package includes R-Web Shop with a shopping cart and R-Widget, which is displayed on the side of the website.
  • Renewal is offered in Premium, Gold, and Platinum packages. The main package differences are the number of login users and the number of chat channels that can be linked.
  • Changing to the recommended lower package preserves existing website pages, editing capabilities, and templates. It changes only the linked-channel capacity compared with the current package.
  • Before expiration, a quotation is sent by email. After payment, a receipt is sent by email, and an email notification is sent when renewal is completed. Renewing keeps the domain name and website data available as before.
  • An expired website displays a page-not-found message.

Support and user guidance

  • R-Web provides 24-hour call-center support, an online manual, a complete Usage Manual, written usage pages, and usage videos.
  • Guides cover website creation, adding information, images, and menus, additional functions, widgets, and adding content. Videos are available when the written guides do not answer a question.
  • Support can help when a customer encounters a problem, cannot access a function, cannot find something, needs basic startup guidance, or has additional questions. Support can also advise customers on how to use the system and configure a website for mobile devices.
  • Support staff provide customer support and usage guidance; they are not website designers.
  • A detailed management manual with images can be sent through LINE or email, and users can contact support through LINE.
  • The sales team contacts customers about R-Web.

Access and password recovery

  • R-Web back-office access uses a username and password. Login versions may use either an email address or a website name.
  • The login is used to access and work on the purchased website. The email account and website backend access are separate.
  • The same email address can access multiple businesses associated with different websites. In R-Web, a Business corresponds to the name of a website.
  • A password-creation message is sent to the designated system-owner email address. After a password-reset request, reset information is sent to the registered or username-associated email address. After the confirmation link is clicked, the new password is sent by email.
  • Other website versions send one-time passwords to an email address. R-Web can be configured so that future one-time passwords are sent only to a mobile phone. After a mobile number is configured, subsequent logins require identity confirmation once through the mobile phone.
  • A login error stating that the username is incorrect may occur when Google Chrome has not been updated to its latest version.
  • The newer R-Web version uses two-factor authentication for login.

Website languages

  • R-Web supports multiple language versions, including Thai, English, and Chinese websites and three-language websites.
  • Visitors can select a language on the public website to view the corresponding language version. A two-language website displays its language choices in the upper-right corner; a three-language website provides three language selections.
  • R-Web can provide separate Thai and English back-office pages. The administrative editing tools support Thai and English.
  • Upgrading from one language to two languages copies the existing data into the second language but does not translate it automatically.
  • The main website uses the primary domain without a language prefix. Additional language versions use a language prefix before the primary domain; the Thai version can use a Thai prefix and the English version an English prefix.
  • The language-switching button is for public website visitors and is not part of the back-office system. The flag setting next to the eye icon controls the language of the administrative editing tools, not the customer-facing website. Flags in the Settings tab represent website pages and are not language-switching controls.
  • Google may not determine which language version to display in search results. If linked values for additional language versions are removed, their language switchers are no longer shown in the top bar; visitors then see only the main language.

Themes, templates, and website appearance

  • R-Web provides more than ten templates in the administration area and offers multiple Smart Section layout options.
  • Selecting a new theme replaces the homepage and internal-page content with the theme's default layout, but it does not delete existing data or SEO information. The previous homepage, including its sections, images, text, and other information, is backed up in the content library. Content in the other menus remains available.
  • R-Web allows the website menu-bar color or overall color tone to be changed. Color settings include the background, header area, and website title, with a color chart for selecting colors. Changing a color setting changes that color throughout the website. The website background discussed is dark gray.
  • The Settings menu manages website-related information. It includes a Favicon menu for changing the logo displayed as the browser favicon.
  • R-Web provides an activity banner in the Decorate menu and a slideshow that moves images to the left every three seconds. The slideshow moves through its images automatically after images are added, and its image dimensions are specified in pixels.
  • The current version does not include a header image; an older version can include one at the top of the website. Clicking an older-version header image can take a visitor to the homepage, and layouts can differ between the current and older versions.
  • The current ready-made package uses the current website-system version. The newer version is newer than the previous basic version and is described as a premium all-in-one management platform. R-Web is also described as a more visually appealing development of the previous version and as having more features than an older website.
  • A preliminary website design is only a rough reference for reviewing mood and tone. Website design covers visual appearance and does not include SEO work.

Editing and publishing website content

  • R-Web has a Simple mode and a separate settings mode. The settings mode allows menus to be edited from the left side of the screen.
  • Each editable section has a gear icon for its editing controls. Multiple Smart Sections can be added to a single page or menu, and separate website sections added in the backend appear consecutively on the live website.
  • Smart Section provides prebuilt layouts rather than a freely configurable webpage. It provides more tools and details than Landing Page. Smart Section 35 and Smart Section 2 are examples of four-block layouts.
  • The outer gear for a Smart Section is at the top right of the section. The background control for Smart Section 35 is the inner gear icon within the section.
  • Smart Section article displays include an article title and short description. Adding more text makes the displayed text smaller, while adding less text makes it larger. Templates containing images may display smaller text to accommodate the image and description. Smart Section uses the same font and color throughout the website.
  • The main content area and A Text section allow font-size settings. A Text contains only text and does not provide a place to add nested menu items. The main content A text editor opens in a separate window similar to a word processor.
  • A Form Section can be renamed. R-Web allows forms to be created and associated with the Lead page.
  • A text section can contain an image, including a small flag image approximately the size of the text. Every page has a default system section that cannot be deleted.
  • Changes normally appear online immediately and are published automatically. Website text edits normally save automatically online and do not require a separate Save action. However, changes made through the R-Web Text Editor were also reported as not saved until the Save button is pressed.
  • Adding a section makes it appear online immediately, and deleting a section removes it online immediately.
  • The yellow area in the editor is a back-office editing area and is not displayed on the live website.
  • If menu options do not appear when hovering over an item in Simple mode, the issue is referred to the relevant team for investigation.
  • R-Web distinguishes content added to a main page from submenu items displayed under a heading. A submenu item added under a main menu appears in the submenu list beneath that heading.
  • A submenu is displayed under its parent menu. Depending on the website behavior, visitors may see it by moving the pointer over the menu and then click the submenu item to view its details.
  • R-Web can automatically pull submenu items into the section for other items under the same heading. Images in a multi-image box can appear with the submenu item, while images inserted through the text editor are not pulled into that section; the section displays the text instead.
  • A Special Column may be a newly added menu in the backend.
  • Tags group related website content, products, or menu items. Selecting a tag displays all associated content.
  • An R-Web page URL includes the menu name. A contact-page URL contains the website address followed by the contact-page path. If a static URL using the menu name is not enabled, R-Web can generate a URL containing a numeric identifier.
  • R-Web can redirect an entire domain from one website to another. When only an individual page needs to change, a customer can create a new menu instead of redirecting the old page.

Images, albums, and files

  • The website currently supports JPG, GIF, PNG, and JPEG image files. The album section adds images, which appear as small, lower-detail thumbnails; visitors can click a thumbnail to open the image in a small pop-up.
  • Album images are ordered according to the files uploaded by the customer.
  • Images uploaded initially appear at their original computer size. Different original dimensions cause images to display at different sizes, and image dimensions affect icon spacing. Reducing an image's size can prevent icons from being spaced too far apart.
  • Images in a product display area appear according to the configured display-area size. Images with different dimensions can make a website table or its content appear misaligned, even when the table width is set to 100%.
  • If an image cannot be uploaded, the file may be too large. The customer can create or resize the file outside the website before uploading it, or contact staff for assistance.
  • Resizing or compressing a large AI-generated image can reduce sharpness and make text in the image blurry. Images used in content sections can be managed through the responsive file manager.
  • The Attachment section is used to add files and supports PDF files. After a document is attached, it appears on the webpage as a PDF that end users can click to open.

Tables and sections

  • Different image dimensions, changing a table's width or height, or placing the cursor in a table and pressing Enter can cause a table to become misaligned.
  • Table Property settings cover border thickness, width, and height rather than spaces or blank gaps.
  • Adding an item to section 35 creates another product field in that section.
  • R-Web allows a video in each cell of a three-column table.
  • Links can be added to text through the text editor or through the “Insert/Edit link” tool in an Atext section. The same tool can link an image to a URL.
  • Selecting linked text or a linked button takes the visitor to the specified destination URL. Smart Section can place clickable links on both images and text.
  • Website buttons can support actions such as calling the business or contacting it through LINE. A phone link opens the phone interface when the number is clicked. A LINE link displays a QR code that can be scanned with LINE.
  • Phone numbers in text-editor content can be made clickable so that selecting them initiates a call. Email addresses can be made clickable so that selecting them allows an email to be sent.
  • A regular LINE account can be linked by using a URL containing the account's LINE ID. External-provider code can also add Facebook, LINE, and telephone contact functions to websites on other platforms.

Video and external code

  • R-Web embeds YouTube videos rather than directly uploading video files. A YouTube video can play directly on the webpage without opening a new browser window, and a company's YouTube channel can be linked to the website.
  • Embedded videos can be set to autoplay and arranged as a slideshow or sequence. Like and share controls take visitors to YouTube, and the embedded content uses YouTube bandwidth and cloud storage rather than R-Web storage.
  • A YouTube iframe may not automatically adjust to a mobile screen. At its default size, it may appear as a smaller screen suited to mobile display. The default display dimensions use the size provided by YouTube; width and height can be changed in the iframe code.
  • An embedded video continues to show the YouTube channel or source from which it came. Video alignment controls include left, center, and right.
  • External code is HTML code from outside the platform installed on a webpage. Code placed in the Code and Script area applies across every website page. An HTML Section contains code written externally and inserted by the customer.
  • A provided code set can display a YouTube video in a full-width box and is not code for editing an entire page. The same code set is used when editing the video on a mobile device.
  • A problematic DVD code can cause a page to load slowly. Copying incomplete or truncated code into a section can automatically remove linked elements because the links become incomplete.

Social media and interactive features

  • R-Web can connect a Facebook page, display its feed on a website, and provide a link that takes visitors to the Facebook page. R-Web was also reported as not directly integrating with Facebook pages; these capabilities should therefore be treated as distinct from direct integration.
  • Facebook and other social-media support is initially provided as guidance, with recommendations for adjustments scheduled for a later period.
  • R-Web does not currently have additional updates to its interactive features.
  • Some plugins function as add-on widgets rather than tools that connect directly to a website.

Products, articles, and content displays

  • R-Web supports a main content area for a product's image, details, and other descriptive information, plus an additional content area for items such as articles.
  • A product can be ordered using its order button. Product searches use product codes, so a product may not be found after its code is changed.
  • R-Web's article library stores articles created but not yet intended for display. Articles can also be created as pages directly on the website.
  • An article's image appears on the homepage when it is added to the article's main content area.
  • Product or menu tags group related items so that items with the same tag can be displayed together.

SEO, visibility, and reporting

  • R-Web SEO settings include the title tag, meta description, and meta keywords. The title tag is used as the page title in Google search results. The meta keyword field contains explanatory text similar to the descriptive text shown for a website in Google results.
  • For SEO, the title tag, meta description, and meta keywords are more important than the product code. SEO wording can make a page easier to find, and SEO settings are intended to improve how a menu page appears in Google results.
  • R-Web supports entering keywords in Thai or English and sends a sitemap whenever website information is edited. Its on-page SEO settings help Google's AI collect website information.
  • A website may not appear in Google Search if its visibility has not been enabled. Resubmitting the sitemap after migration helps Google recognize and index the new website more prominently than the old website.
  • R-Webgate is an inquiry button whose settings determine which functions customers can use. It sends a daily email summary of website visits and can show Google Ads as a traffic channel when Google Ads is linked.
  • R-Webgate uses an algorithm to identify visitors and present traffic-source statistics in its reports. R-Web email-sending statistics represent actual data.

Domains and hosting

  • A domain can be bound through the R-Web backend when it was registered externally. The platform provides the IP and CNAME values needed to make the website available for that domain.
  • After the connection is completed, the website is hosted on the platform while the domain name remains with its original provider.
  • Website administrator information includes contact information.

Mobile display and responsive behavior

  • Websites with Responsive enabled automatically adjust displayed content to the device screen size. Images and information may display fully on a larger computer screen, while a smaller mobile screen may require scrolling.
  • The system automatically adjusts images for responsive display. Support can provide instructions for configuring a website for mobile devices.
  • Website speed depends on page content, including the amount of information, the number and size of image files, and the amount of content that must be scrolled. Speed-test results depend on multiple factors and are not caused by fonts alone.
  • A mobile browser cache can cause an older version of the website to remain visible after an edit.
  • When a system-provided font is selected, the website does not also load an external font for that selection.

Landing Pages

  • A Landing Page is a single page without a menu at the top, whereas a regular website page has menu tabs. A Landing Page can contain sections, including forms and social components, but it offers fewer section choices and editing options than a regular page.
  • Landing Page provides a slideshow with specified image dimensions and can use a single large image as a banner background. Its content can be edited with a text editor that provides tools similar to regular menu pages.
  • A Landing Page is included in the free package, uses a temporary URL, and is not the customer's website.
  • A landing page is designed specifically for selling, while a full website usually contains broader information. An advertising service package includes a landing page, and guidance and mockups may be provided for adding content or elements to an existing advertising website. An existing website can be used as the destination for Google Ads.
  • Smart Section provides more available tools and details than Landing Page.

Migration, backups, and website status

  • Website edits and data changes have backup versions that can restore an earlier version.
  • When an existing website is migrated to a new R-Web version after a package upgrade, data from the old website can be carried into the new one. Migrated data may appear hidden in the new website's left-side menu; opening that menu displays products previously entered on the old website.
  • Removing the Webboard menu causes existing discussion threads to be lost.
  • When temporarily closed, a website is taken offline and displays that it is temporarily unavailable.
  • A possible cause of system problems occurring at a particular time is unusually high system usage during that period.

Public access and members

  • When an R-Web website is opened, visitors can see the website. Information placed on a website is treated as public.
  • R-Web supports guest and member access levels. Member profiles can store a member's name, surname, and address.
  • The forum is public, so external users can post discussion threads.

Website delivery and custom services

  • A website can be created for a customer who does not have one. Ready-made websites use prebuilt templates, while other websites can be developed according to customer requirements.
  • One website service model is designed and completed according to an agreed format, handed over, and paid for as a one-time charge. After handover, the customer can add or edit the website independently.
  • A completed website is delivered with ownership and backend login credentials. Backend access allows the customer to edit information and create or change pop-ups, banners, and images.
  • Training and a manual are provided before handover. If a website problem requires fixing, the provider assesses whether the work will incur a charge.
  • A standard website service provides general information pages, including detail and facility pages. Another website model uses the provider's format and includes an R-CRM tool.
  • Website presentations may include the website price, functions, and what the customer receives in each year of website maintenance.
  • The provider also offers website design services and hotel-room booking systems for hotels and resorts.
  • The new website offering includes design of five pages.

Security and platform operation

  • The platform's stated security practices include ISO 27001 standards. Cloud hosting is monitored and protected by system engineers and includes protection against attacks and unauthorized access.
  • The platform is developed to follow current Windows operating systems.
  • The platform's stability is improved as part of the template-based website service.
  • A system access issue can affect multiple customers; the relevant team resolves such issues when identified.

How To

Signing in to R-Web

  1. Open the R-Web access page from the published service website.
  2. Select the login option for R-Web or the platform system.
  3. Enter the registered email address, website name, or username, as applicable, and enter the password.
  4. If prompted, check the registered email, shared email, or mobile phone for the one-time password (OTP), enter it, and confirm. A mobile phone number can be set for subsequent OTPs.
  5. If the website address is entered directly, enter it without “www” when required.
  6. To edit a different business, locate the Business selector near the question-mark or flag icon, click it, and select the required business under the user’s name.
  7. To access a different website’s backend, log in again.

R-Web adjustments can be made from a computer or mobile device. If the newer login is used, login verification through the registered email address, shared email address, or mobile phone number is required.

Resetting a forgotten password

  1. Open the R-Web login page and select Forgot password.
  2. Enter the registered username, email address, website name, or domain name, depending on what the reset form requests.
  3. Select the option to reset the password.
  4. Open the password-reset email and select its link, blue link, or password-creation option to confirm the reset.
  5. If the system provides two reset options, select the lower option identified by the website name.
  6. When two messages are sent, open the first message to confirm the reset, then wait for the second message containing the new password.
  7. Set a new password if the email requires it.
  8. Return to the login page and enter the registered email address or username and the new password.
  9. Complete OTP verification if prompted.

The original login email or account owner’s email address must be used when the reset form requires an email address.

Changing the account password

  1. Log in with the password supplied by email or with the existing password.
  2. Open the member or account section.
  3. Open Member Information, Account, Profile, or Security, as applicable.
  4. Open the password-change option.
  5. Enter the existing password first. When changing from a password supplied through another email, use that existing password.
  6. Enter the new password twice, or set a new password that is easy to remember.
  7. Select OK or save the change.

Troubleshooting login and display problems

  • If a password appears incorrect, check that no leading space was entered. Use the eye icon to view the entered password before submitting it.
  • If login produces an internal server error, try another browser or a private/incognito window. Microsoft Edge may be used when Chrome cannot log in.
  • If the website displays incorrectly, set browser zoom to 100%, clear the browser cache, or press Ctrl+F5, then reopen the website. On a tablet, clear the browser cache or restart the tablet before reopening the website.
  • If a trial signup fails, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete to clear the device cache.
  • If an incorrect display remains, capture the screen and send it through the published support contact channel.
  • If a Simple mode menu problem is being investigated, edit the website through the other settings mode.

Clearing browser data for an access problem

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete simultaneously on the affected device.
  2. Select browsing history.
  3. Select cookies and other site data.
  4. Select cached images and files.
  5. Select download history.
  6. Click the control to delete the selected browser data.
  7. If needed, use the browser’s additional settings to remove saved passwords retained by the browser.
  8. Try logging in to R-Web again.

Getting remote support

  1. Install AnyDesk when support needs to inspect the access problem remotely. If it is not installed, use the download link sent by support, or download it from the user-guide support area.
  2. Open AnyDesk.
  3. Provide support with the number shown under Your Address.
  4. When the remote-access prompts appear, click Allow and then Accept, or click the green acceptance button.
  5. If Your Address cannot be found, capture a screenshot of the AnyDesk screen and send it through the published support chat channel.

Opening the user guide

  1. Open the published service website.
  2. Open Member Corner or the Member menu.
  3. Select User Guide.
  4. Select R-Web and scroll through the guide.
  5. For remote support, open Contact Us, scroll to the bottom, and select the AnyDesk support download option.

Editing website content

  1. Log in to R-Web and open the website editor.
  2. Select the section or page that needs editing. To open the homepage, select the first menu item, Home.
  3. Open the relevant section’s gear menu and select Edit with Text Editor, or click the section to edit its text directly.
  4. Select the edit control and change the text, font, size, or color as required.
  5. Save the changes.

Use the main content area or an A Text section for larger text. Use Add Section and an A-Text section to add a heading or text. Content should be edited through the Text Editor. The main content area can also be used to add images.

Adding a text section with an image

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the website and select the control to add a section.
  2. Select A Text.
  3. Open the section’s gear menu and open the Text Editor.
  4. Select Insert and choose an image from the computer or device.
  5. Delete the placeholder text if more space is needed.
  6. Confirm or save the section, then save the edited text section.
  7. Drag and hold the A Text section to move it to the desired position.

If the section cannot be inserted in the desired position, remove the section containing the image. Text from an existing section can instead be moved into an A Text section so an image can appear beside the related text.

Adding images

  1. Save the image file to the computer.
  2. Open the relevant page or section in R-Web.
  3. Open the image insertion or Image Upload tool.
  4. Open Browse Server. If the file has not previously been uploaded, select Choose File.
  5. Select the image file and upload it.
  6. In the image library, open Insert/Edit Image next to the Upload option.
  7. Use the folder and magnifying-glass controls in the Source field to select the uploaded image.
  8. Insert the image and save the section.

An image file can also be dragged from the computer into the upload area. After uploading, close and reopen the editor if the image does not yet appear in the image library. Images should be uploaded through the website rather than copied and pasted into it. Uploaded images can be resized in the section editor; an image can also be resized outside R-Web and then uploaded or inserted again.

To upload images into a photo album:

  1. Open the page submenu where the images are needed.
  2. Click Add Section below the main content section.
  3. Select the photo album section.
  4. Choose files from the computer.
  5. Upload the selected files.
  6. Upload another batch when more images are needed; one batch can contain up to 10 files.

Renaming an image before upload

  1. Close the upload window.
  2. Open the image’s location on the Desktop.
  3. Right-click the image and select Rename.
  4. Give the file a simple name, such as a map name, and upload it again.

Deleting an image

  1. Open the main content section or the section containing the image.
  2. Open the section’s gear menu and select Edit with Text Editor.
  3. Drag over the image until the entire image is highlighted in blue.
  4. Press Delete or Backspace.
  5. Select Save, OK, or the equivalent save control.

The same procedure can be used for other images.

Adding and managing sections

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  2. Select Add Section.
  3. Choose the required section type, such as Smart Section, A Text, Form, HTML, Attachment, Slideshow, photo album, or another available section.
  4. Configure the section and save it.

To add a prebuilt section, select Smart Section and choose the required layout. Smart Section is suitable for an image with a short amount of information and can organize categorized items. A photo album is suitable for images without accompanying descriptions.

To delete a section, open its gear menu and select Delete Section or Delete This Section. To move an attachment section, point to its label with the attached-file icon, wait until it turns yellow, and drag it to the desired position.

Creating menus, articles, and submenus

  1. Select the control to add a menu.
  2. Choose Article or Article/Product as the menu type.
  3. Enter the menu name without entering a URL when creating a separate article page.
  4. Save the menu.
  5. Open the new article menu and enter its content.
  6. Add and configure sections, images, and links as needed.

To add a submenu, point to the parent menu, open its gear menu, and choose the option to add an item or submenu under it. Select Article as the submenu type, enter the content or name, and save it. A third-level menu can be added by selecting Add Menu after the relevant existing menu. To add a product under an existing menu, choose Article/Product, enter the product name, and save it.

Submenu items can be created in the side menu before they are displayed on the parent page. On the parent page, add a section below the existing content, then choose the section type for other items under the same heading. The display settings can show all submenu items or a selected number of them.

To create a product page, add an Article menu, name it after the product, select the relevant product, and add its image and description. To add a product price, select Add Section, select More, and choose Price. To display product submenus, select Add Section, select More, and choose Submenus under this topic.

Reordering, hiding, and deleting menus

  • To reorder a menu, point to its square dropdown control, click and hold the menu name, and drag it to the desired position.
  • To move a submenu, click the arrow beside its parent menu, then click and hold the submenu and drag it beside or beneath the parent. Repeat for other submenu items as needed.
  • To manage many articles or menu items, drag them up or down to reposition them.
  • To hide an article or menu, move it to the Content Library.
  • To prepare content before publication, add a menu, move it to the Content Library, create or edit its content there, and move it back to the menu tab when ready.
  • A Landing Page can be hidden by placing it in the top menu tab and shown again after the related work is complete.
  • To remove a menu, hover over it until its gear icon appears, open the gear menu, and select Delete Menu.
  • To remove a menu tab, open the menu-editing area and click the X on the tab.
  • If a menu item links to the homepage unintentionally, open its gear settings, edit the menu, and remove the homepage link.

Linking text, images, and contact buttons

  1. Open the relevant content in the Text Editor.
  2. Highlight the text or select the image that should receive the link.
  3. Click the chain-shaped Insert/Edit Link control.
  4. Enter or paste the destination in the URL field.
  5. Click OK, Insert, and save the content.
  6. Open visitor view with the eye icon or leave the back-office view to test the result.

To link a phone number, enter a telephone URL beginning with tel: followed by the phone number. To link email text, enter mailto: followed by the destination email address. To link a LINE account, use the LINE URL format provided by support, beginning with http://line.me/ti/p/%40 followed by the LINE ID without an at sign.

To replace a missing LINE image or button, upload a replacement image, insert it, and bind it to the LINE link again. To copy an existing icon, disable right-click protection in the wrench menu’s General settings, copy the icon in visitor view, upload it to the image library, insert it, and bind it to the required link. Restore right-click protection for all website sections and save the change afterward.

  1. Open the linked product page in visitor view and copy its URL.
  2. Save the URL in a note.
  3. Return to the page containing the image.
  4. Open the page with Edit with Text Editor.
  5. Select Insert Image and choose the replacement image.
  6. Select the inserted image and open Insert/Edit Link.
  7. Paste the saved product-page URL into the image URL field.
  8. Click OK and check the result in visitor view.

To retrieve a previously used product link, open the Content Library tray on the right side of the editing screen, scroll until the yellow tray is visible, open it, double-click the relevant page, and copy the URL from the browser address bar. Select the image and enter that URL in the image link field.

Adding files and PDFs

  1. Upload the PDF to the website before creating a new PDF link.
  2. Before replacing an existing PDF link, locate where the existing file is stored.
  3. On the relevant webpage, scroll to the bottom and add a section.
  4. Select the additional-options menu, choose Attachment, and use the file-add button to add the file.
  5. Save the section and drag it to the desired position if necessary.

Adding HTML, widgets, and other code

  1. Obtain the required code or information from the relevant service provider.
  2. Log in to the R-Web backend.
  3. Open Settings in the upper-left area, then open Code and Scripts or Code and Script.
  4. Enter or paste the code in the appropriate field, such as Under Head, or add an HTML Section and insert the code there.
  5. Save the changes.

Code can also be inserted into a source-code section or Smart Section 99. Externally sourced HTML can be used for an additional button or icon. Facebook page display uses iframe code in the R-Web backend. When temporarily removing existing code, save the original code in a note first.

Embedding a YouTube video

  1. Open the YouTube video or Short.
  2. For a Short, right-click the video and select Copy embed code. For a standard video, select Share, then Embed, and copy the iframe code.
  3. Return to the relevant R-Web page.
  4. Use an existing main-content or HTML section, or add a new HTML section.
  5. Open the section’s gear menu and select Edit with Text Editor.
  6. Open the source-code tool.
  7. Paste the copied code into the source-code field.
  8. Click OK or save the section.

To add a video to a table, create the table, click inside the target cell, type a placeholder character, open source-code view, replace the placeholder with the video code, and return to normal table view before adding a video to the next cell. Repeat for each cell. Adjust the dimension numbers in the source code when necessary and preview the result to check the display and whether the video sizes are equal.

For a centered Short, exit source-code view, select the embedded video by dragging over it, and click the center-alignment control. If the code cannot be confirmed or saved, copy and paste it again. If the problem continues, refresh the page and paste the code into the source-code field again. For a display problem, first use the default video size and check the result; a new section can be added for testing. Mobile-display code may need to be researched externally.

Editing and troubleshooting tables

  • Create the table in the page editor, place the cursor in the required cell, and insert the relevant image or video.
  • To align contact or social-media icons, use a table with a width of 100 percent and upload one image into each cell.
  • To set a table width, right-click the table, open Table Properties, set the width to 100 percent, and save.
  • If right-clicking does not work in Chrome, open the page in Firefox.
  • If necessary, open the article content, select Source, search for table, locate the relevant entry, change its width value from 200 to 100%, and click OK.
  • Enter the content completely before checking the display. If the table remains misaligned, adjust the images.
  • To remove a column, select it, right-click it, and choose Delete Column.

Editing images in tables and matching image sizes

  1. Check the dimensions of the first image.
  2. Right-click the image and open Insert Image to view its dimensions, or open the image in Text Editor and view its source code.
  3. Set the other images to the same dimensions as the first image.
  4. Click OK to apply the size.

The original dimensions can also be checked by opening the folder containing the original image. Images needing resizing can be sent through the published support email channel so staff can compare the original files and dimensions. If a section background was removed accidentally, add the intended background image again.

Editing a slideshow

To create a slideshow:

  1. Log in to R-Web.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Add Section.
  3. Select Slideshow.
  4. Add images to the slideshow.

To move it, select the slideshow section name until it is highlighted in yellow, then drag it upward. To add another image, select the plus button. To edit an existing slideshow, click its gear icon. When adding or configuring an image, select Normal Display and click Save.

To replace an image, open Slideshow Settings, select the image-edit option, replace the image, and save. To remove an image, open the image editor, click the minus icon, and confirm deletion.

Configuring website appearance

  • To edit general colors, open Decorate in the upper-left area, open the color-set details on the theme page, adjust the color positions, and save or apply the changes.
  • Before changing a color, note its existing color code so it can be restored if necessary.
  • To change Smart Section text styling, open Decoration, open the Theme color set, and select the relevant category, such as menu text, mouse-over text, button text, main heading, or secondary heading.
  • To change a Smart Section secondary-heading color, open its Decoration settings, open Smart Theme color details, scroll to the secondary-heading setting, and select a new color.
  • To preview an activity banner, open Activity Banner from Decorate, scroll through the options, and click Enable in the upper-left corner to activate the selected banner.
  • To change a Showbox format, point to the solid blue bar inside the Showbox section, click its gear icon, and select Change Box Format.
  • To change linked-text color permanently, select the text and use the Text Editor color control.
  • If the website needs a more modern appearance, changing its colors is one available approach.

Changing the logo, header, and background

  1. Open Website Management.
  2. Select Basic Website Settings.
  3. Open Manage Header Images and Logo.
  4. For a header image, open Header Image Display, select Display Header Image, open the file set, upload the new image, and click OK without changing the lower section.
  5. If the old logo overlays the new header image, return to the same area, select Do Not Display Logo under Select Layout, and click OK.
  6. If the header still appears duplicated, press Ctrl+F5.

To change the website background, open the Colors tab, choose a color under Website Background Color, and save. When no header background image is displayed, choose the same color under Header Background Color and save. Left-submenu colors are managed through the submenu color-management settings.

To configure the logo image, open Decoration, then Overall Style, and open the logo image setting. To change the favicon, open Favicon in website settings and upload the logo image.

Configuring language versions

  1. Log in to R-Web.
  2. Select the desired language from the available language options.
  3. Select the language again to edit its content in the back office.

The language displayed to visitors is configured separately in the website language settings. One reported setup changes the homepage to English first, then configures Thai as the second language and Chinese as the third. A language-specific back office can also be opened from the RMP home page by selecting R-Web and choosing the Thai or English back-office page.

To configure language-switching buttons:

  1. Hover over the menu bar and select the gear icon at the far right.
  2. Open the language-switching button settings.
  3. For each language option, select the relevant country.
  4. Enter the label, such as the language name or abbreviation.
  5. Paste the URL of the webpage for that language into the URL field.

To copy a Thai page into an English page, open the English URL, copy the Thai page, paste it into the English page, and manually edit the copied content into English. To make several language versions available online, enter each language’s IP and CNAME values in domain management. To keep only the main language online, remove the linked values for the other language versions.

Adding and editing SEO information

  1. Open the R-Web administration area.
  2. Hover over the relevant menu, such as the homepage menu, and select its gear icon.
  3. Open the menu’s SEO settings.
  4. Edit the title tag or other SEO text.
  5. Submit the sitemap to Google so updated information can be collected.

For a product category, Product SEO settings apply broadly rather than to individual products, so the details can describe the product offering as a whole. Product information can be entered in the meta description. SEO settings should be configured for each relevant page, and keywords should be words or phrases customers might type into Google to find the product.

To inspect an unexpected phrase, open the homepage menu’s SEO settings and check the Title Tag field. After changing a URL, submit a sitemap through Google Search Console and update the URL anywhere it was used for publicity or promotion. Resubmitting the sitemap prompts Google to collect information from the new website.

Adding Google site-verification information

  1. Open the published service website and the Member menu.
  2. Select User Guide, open R-Web, and open the R-Web Tip details.
  3. Open the Google Site Verification guide and copy the required code.
  4. Return to R-Web and open Settings.
  5. Select Google Tools.
  6. Paste the code into the Google Site Verification Meta Tag field.
  7. Save the meta tag.

Google service settings can also be checked by opening the website backend, selecting Basic Settings, and opening Google Service.

Restoring previous content or backups

  1. Open the homepage or relevant page in R-Web.
  2. Locate the gray bar showing the latest edit date and time, near the section’s gear icon or in the editor’s upper-right area.
  3. Click the latest-edited-data bar.
  4. Review the edit history and select the required date, time, or version.
  5. Click Restore this version.

After a theme change, open the Content Library and select the homepage backup identified by its date and time to display the previous content in the new theme. Another reported procedure selects the desired page backup from the Content Library. A selected earlier version can also be restored to check whether missing links return.

Changing themes

  • Customers can change the R-Web theme directly on an existing website without purchasing a new website.
  • After selecting a theme, add sections to modify the website.
  • After changing the theme, retrieve the homepage from the Content Library to replace the previous homepage.

Managing website visibility and maintenance mode

  1. Open Settings in the upper-left area of R-Web.
  2. Open General and then Viewing, or open the Visitor tab in the settings page.
  3. Select Temporarily close website.
  4. Save the settings.

The customer must open a website that is closed for maintenance before support staff can inspect it. To restore Webboard or forum functionality after its menu was removed, create a new menu or use Add to create a new forum. To prevent a forum from displaying, delete the forum.

Restoring original colors after grayscale changes

  1. Open Settings in the upper-left corner.
  2. Select Code and Scripts.
  3. Open Under Head.
  4. Copy the existing grayscale code and save it before removing it if it may be needed again.
  5. Delete the grayscale code to restore the original colors.

The grayscale setting can be changed from 70% to another value, such as 0% or 100%, to test the result.

Editing phone numbers and contact information

  1. Open the website editing view and scroll to the section containing the contact information, including the bottom gray bar when applicable.
  2. Open the section’s gear menu and select Edit with Text Editor.
  3. Select the phone number.
  4. Open the chain-shaped Insert/Edit Link tool.
  5. Enter a telephone URL beginning with tel: followed by the phone number.
  6. Click OK, Insert, and save the changes.
  7. Use visitor view or the eye icon to check that the number can be tapped to place a call.

To change the displayed phone number, edit the number first and then bind the telephone link to it. If removing a number would leave an empty space, duplicate another hotline item and change its number. To request a change to the website’s contact email, send the request through the published support email channel and identify the relevant website.

Changing the OTP phone number

  1. Log in to the website backend.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Open Security.
  4. Edit the phone number used to receive OTPs.

A customer who can log in may change the website’s OTP email address themselves. Staff access may also be required: the customer approves the access request sent by email, an agent logs in to the customer’s Business, adds a staff member as an administrator, and the administrator attempts to change the registered mobile number.

Adding contact forms

  1. Select Add Section.
  2. Select Form Section.

The customer’s phone and LINE details may be collected so contact buttons can be linked.

Managing products and product categories

  1. Open Products and Services.
  2. Select Product Categories.
  3. Open the relevant Smart Section.
  4. Select Edit with Text Editor.

To refresh products shown on a page, open the product category, open its slideshow or product-display section, open Product Category Settings, select the required category, select the display section or product, check or fetch the selected products, and save.

To add an item to an existing product section, first check which section contains the existing products, scroll to the bottom, select Add Section, select the required section number, open Smart Section, select the same Smart Section, and click its plus button to add an item. To prevent products from displaying, click the less-than or closing icon on the left side of the product menu.

Replacing a product image

  1. Before replacing a linked product image, open the linked product page in visitor view and copy its URL.
  2. Save the URL in a note.
  3. Return to the page containing the image.
  4. Open the page with Edit with Text Editor.
  5. Select Insert Image and choose the replacement image.
  6. Select the new image and open Insert/Edit Link.
  7. Paste the saved product URL into the image URL field.
  8. Click OK, save the page, and check the result in visitor view.

To remove the old image, select it, press Delete, and save. To add an image to a third table cell, place the cursor in that cell, click Insert Image, and choose the image.

  • Highlight selected text and use Insert/Edit Link to add a destination URL.
  • Highlight a phone number and enter tel: followed by the number.
  • Highlight email text and enter mailto: followed by the destination email address.
  • Highlight LINE account text and enter the LINE URL format provided for the account.
  • Select an image and use Insert/Edit Link to attach a destination URL.

Managing a website domain

  1. Obtain the IP and CNAME values from the service provider.
  2. Provide those values to the new domain or Name Server provider.
  3. Have that provider configure the website’s online settings with the values.
  4. After the provider finishes configuring the values, access the R-Web backend.
  5. Bind the domain in R-Web, or open Settings, open Domain Name, and use the option to connect the registered new domain.

Bringing a website online

  1. Pay for the service before requesting that the website be brought online.
  2. After payment, inform the assigned sales representative that website service should be added.
  3. The sales representative submits the request to support.
  4. After the website returns online, submit its sitemap to Google.

The service provider sends the IP address and CNAME information needed to connect the website. Website details, including the Booking Engine, are sent to the customer for review. The customer reviews them, confirms acceptance or specifies required changes, and the online launch date is scheduled after review. Customers interested in R-Web can contact sales to discuss when they are ready to put the website online.

Creating and using a Landing Page

  1. After the advertising fee is paid, staff create a one-page Landing Page.
  2. Direct advertising to the Landing Page initially.
  3. When the website is complete, move the advertising destination from the Landing Page to the website.

For richer content, create a regular website page, hide it in the Content Library, and link to the hidden page from the website. A Landing Page can also be hidden in the top menu tab and shown again after related work is complete.

Cancelling, closing, or not renewing a website

  • To request closure, send an email from the website owner address through the published support email channel. State that the website should be closed and include the website URL.
  • A customer who does not want to renew can reply to the renewal notification email with that intention.
  • Customers are advised to complete payment within 27 or 28 days after expiration because renewal processing may require additional time, and to pay as soon as possible rather than waiting until the end of the 30-day period.
  • After cancellation, the customer can rent hosting from another provider and build the website independently.
  • To request deletion of a website page, send the deletion details by email.

Purchasing or upgrading a package

  • After a trial ends, a customer who wants to continue must purchase a package and tell staff that the trial was previously used.
  • A 50-page package may be sufficient for a website with little information. A package without a page limit may be appropriate for a website with extensive information or many menus.
  • For an upgrade, the company prepares a quotation. After payment, it opens a demonstration site where the customer can enter information. When the upgraded site is ready to go online, the customer notifies the company, and the company closes the old website.
  • Customers who already have a domain can notify staff about it.
  • One payment channel is recommended rather than multiple channels to avoid fees from both providers.

Updating member information

  1. If the browser warns that submitted data is not secure and offers Send anyway, select Send anyway to continue.
  2. Open Member Section from the top menu.
  3. Select Member Information.
  4. Scroll to the Email section.
  5. Edit the email address.
  6. Click OK to save it.

After the website becomes accessible, the linked email address can be changed through the back office. To request a new login email, send the supporting documents through the published support email channel and include the website name and desired new login email address.

Adding and editing SEO tags

  1. Open the Settings menu and the Code and Scripts area when code is required.
  2. To add a tag, click the tag input line.
  3. Type the desired tag.
  4. Press Enter after each tag.

Copying content between sections

  1. Create a separate section and add the required images and links.
  2. Open Tools and choose Source Code.
  3. Copy the source code.
  4. Paste it into the other section.

Website content can be copied to Notepad one page at a time. When copied text is not visible in R-Web, change its font color to black or another desired color.

Pasting text through Notepad

  1. Select the text to insert and press Control+C.
  2. Close the current page if necessary.
  3. Search the computer for Notepad and open it.
  4. Paste the copied text into Notepad with Control+V.
  5. Copy the text from Notepad and close Notepad.
  6. Click the target location in R-Web and paste the text with Control+V.

Adding and editing a table of images

  1. Create or open the table in the page editor.
  2. Set the table width to 100 percent.
  3. Upload one image into each required cell.
  4. To add an image to a specific cell, place the cursor in the cell, select Insert Image, and choose the image.
  5. Save and preview the result.

Creating a photo-album or Smart Section layout

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Add Section.
  2. Choose Smart Section or the photo album section.
  3. If using Smart Section, select the required layout, such as a three-image layout.
  4. Add and edit the images.
  5. Add links to the images when needed.
  6. Save the section.

A photo album is intended for images without descriptions. Smart Section is recommended when each item contains an image and a short amount of information.

Restoring or replacing a background image

  • To replace an unwanted background image, create a single-color image similar to the website background and upload it in place of the existing image.
  • In a Smart Section, place the pointer near the visible outer gear icon to reveal the inner gear icon used to edit the background image.
  • If a section background was removed accidentally, add the intended background image again.

Configuring the website for mobile display

Customers can call the published support channel for advice about configuring a website for mobile devices. Website adjustments can be made from a computer or mobile device. If a mobile browser retains an old display, clear its cache or restart the device and reopen the website.

  • A full-screen slideshow image is recommended to be 1,800 by 600 pixels.
  • Images displayed within frames are recommended to be approximately 310 by 180 pixels.
  • Small images displayed after opening an image gallery can be any size; a 1:1 aspect ratio is recommended.
  • Product images are recommended to use a 1:1 aspect ratio with equal width and height.
  • Another recommendation for improving image clarity is approximately 2,000 pixels wide by 750 pixels high, with the desired dimensions and file size specified when generating the image.

These recommendations differ by display type.

Accessing migrated product data

  1. Return to the R-Web main page.
  2. Locate the second arrow in the left-side menu.
  3. Click it to open the hidden migrated data.
  4. Edit migrated product details as needed.

Getting help with website configuration

Customers should consult the online user manual before requesting basic usage guidance. Support staff can explain where to enter SEO information and provide guidance on website configuration. For assistance, provide the website name and describe the requested help so staff can identify the relevant website and send the appropriate file. Website links can be sent through the published support chat channel for review.

The website owner’s contact details can be found on the website homepage. Use those displayed details to contact the owner. Website inquiries can be forwarded to sales or to the relevant service line. Refund inquiries can be transferred to the responsible staff member.

Starting a website project

  1. The company notifies the customer that the service contract has started.
  2. The company shares the requested login and installation links for the email accounts used to access the service and install tools.
  3. The company presents the keyword process.
  4. When work begins, the company collects a complete and detailed brief.
  5. The UI team creates the design after the brief is collected.
  6. The customer reviews the website and Booking Engine, confirms acceptance, or specifies changes.
  7. The online launch date is scheduled after the review.

The website project is handled before the SEO project.

Rules & Requirements

Account access, usernames, passwords, and OTPs

  • The R-Web username is reported as the website name, the registered email address, or the domain name only, depending on the login screen or account information. Email-based usernames must be entered in lowercase where required. The website owner's email address is the designated account owner and must remain accessible because verification codes may be sent there.
  • A password must be set before R-Web login can be used. Anyone who knows the website password can access and manage the website; staff cannot see a generated password unless it has been disclosed to them.
  • R-Web requires an OTP each time a user logs in or accesses the website. OTP delivery is reported as follows:
    • The first back-office login sends the one-time password to the user's email.
    • Subsequent back-office logins send it to the user's mobile phone.
    • Other guidance states that login verification codes are sent only to the owner's email address, while another states that the code is sent to the configured OTP phone number. The configured phone number can be changed after login, after which subsequent codes are sent to the new number.
    • Each user must use the account's designated verification process when two-factor authentication is enabled.
  • The RMT login verification code is sent only to a mobile phone and cannot be changed to email delivery.
  • Multiple people may edit the website, but only one person should edit from one device at a time. Simultaneous editing can cause system errors and distorted displays.

Resetting or changing a forgotten password

  1. Start the password reset yourself; support agents cannot reset it directly.
  2. Use the lower website option to proceed with the reset.
  3. The system sends the reset message or password to the registered account email address. If the original login email is unavailable, submit supporting documents to request a login-email change.
  4. Check a password copied from the reset email for leading or trailing spaces.
  5. Create a new password and log in with it. A new password must contain eight characters; English letters and numbers are recommended, although a new password may contain some numbers.

For a website registered to a legal entity, the supporting documents for changing an unavailable login email include a company registration certificate issued within the previous six months with the company stamp and a certified-true-copy identification card of one company director. Changing the OTP email through staff requires document submission; changing it after logging in personally does not.

Contacting support and requesting account or data changes

  • Email requests must include the website name and state what assistance is needed.
  • Staff may request permission by email before logging in to the website back office. The website owner must provide or enter the login credentials before another person can access the back-end templates.
  • Readyplanet does not have permission to access, edit, or delete customer data.
  • A website deletion request must be submitted by the website owner and verified through the owner's email address.
  • A data-recovery request must be approved before it is sent to the programmer. Backups may not be available for data from five to ten years ago.
  • Code-related problems that prevent access to the administration area require technical-team inspection.
  • The responsible staff member determines whether a refund is possible and discusses available alternatives.

Website service, trials, renewal, and expiration

  • The R-Web trial lasts 14 days. Customers can try R-Web before deciding whether to use it, and using the trial to preview a theme does not affect the main website. The email used to register for the trial must be remembered; an address previously used to register for the platform may be rejected for a new trial.
  • R-Web can be purchased for one or two years, and the maximum renewal term is two years. The two-year option has a lower approximate annual cost than purchasing one year at a time.
  • R-Web service ends if it is not renewed. The website can continue to be used before the expiration date even if the customer does not plan to renew.
  • After expiration, the website is offline until payment is completed, but its data is not deleted during the following 30 days. Payment can be completed within 30 days after expiration. The back end cannot be accessed while the website has expired.
  • The website service is renewed after payment proof is received. A website can appear expired when only its domain registration has been renewed and the website service itself has not.
  • Renewal-notification email is linked to the login email address used to receive website login passwords.
  • A payment slip for website service fees may be sent from any email address.
  • Quoted R-Web prices exclude VAT and the domain name. Email and SMS messaging require additional credits, and advertising costs are separate. Additional website development or work may be needed to improve SEO beyond the built-in settings.
  • A website created through the free website-building service requires a purchased package and service fee to be renewed or put online. A closure request for such a website can be submitted through its associated email address, and the system may delete data from a free website that has not been accessed for a long time.
  • The Landing Page is not provided if the contract is not renewed.

Domains, ownership, and platform limits

  • An externally registered domain can be used with a Readyplanet website; only the website package is required for that arrangement.
  • The website owner owns the website after handover, which includes back-end login access. The second Website model requires annual renewal.
  • The website name can be changed when a new name and registered new domain are available. Removing an email address from the website display does not remove it from the domain.
  • Changing the Name Server can affect website availability.
  • The Readyplanet Platform operates according to the features enabled, and available capabilities depend on the version and service package. Administrators cannot modify the platform's underlying structure. Creating a new structure independently requires cancelling the Readyplanet website.
  • The back office can be accessed through the Readyplanet website. Website editing requires accessing Readyplanet each time.
  • R-Web allows an unlimited number of pages and unlimited storage space, but no more than 10 files can be uploaded at one time.

Creating and editing pages, menus, and sections

  • The main content area is a default section on every page and cannot be deleted. Unused sections can be deleted.
  • Content added to the main content area does not automatically appear as a submenu. If it should not remain on the main page, delete it; if it should remain there, keep it and add a separate submenu for related content.
  • A destination webpage must be created before its URL can be used as a hyperlink target. Menu changes use a Save control.
  • An article dragged from the Article Library is already treated as a menu item, so a separate menu is not needed first. To move a new menu into the Content Library, create the menu first and then drag it there. Moving an existing article menu into the library does not require adding another menu.
  • Use an Article menu rather than a Text menu when the menu contains article items. Article menus used as content containers do not require a URL, and tags do not have to be added before saving. Additional article submenus can be added directly beneath an existing menu.
  • If an article is not kept in the Content Library, it must be displayed in the website menu. Articles that are no longer needed can be deleted.
  • R-Web allows only one Article Section per page. Submenu items may not appear below a parent page until the section for other items under that heading has been added.
  • A menu item containing a static URL cannot be removed independently while its associated menu remains. R-Web does not provide a tool to redirect individual menu or internal pages. Changing a menu URL can make previously shared versions of the old URL inaccessible.
  • R-Web menu labels can contain text characters only. It does not provide built-in additional buttons, icon buttons, stickers, or decorative menu icons. Menu-bar color changes apply to all menus, not one menu.
  • A link menu cannot have SEO settings. SEO settings are available for Article and Landing Page menus, while Text and Link menus do not display them. Product menus do not display SEO settings except for the main Product menu as described below.
  • The supplementary content area does not allow font-size settings. Smart Section font size cannot be adjusted. Changing Smart Section text color changes it across the entire website. Secondary-heading color likewise applies to every menu using that heading.
  • Smart Section block count is fixed by the selected layout. To create four blocks, select a layout that provides four blocks.
  • A newly added section must be placed below existing text rather than beside it. If text and images are in separate sections, place the image section below the text; if they are in the same section, the image cannot be placed as a separate section below the text.
  • R-Web does not support copying a section from one page to another. A slideshow used on multiple pages must be added separately to each page.
  • R-Web does not provide a draft or private preview system for a new page; editing affects the live website.

Themes, templates, and responsive display

  • Template selection depends on the customer's preferred design. Ready-made packages cannot be customized beyond the available templates, and the design must use Readyplanet templates rather than being written entirely from scratch. There is no customizable template that exactly matches Shopee's appearance, and there is no service to change a template for the customer.
  • Changing a theme changes the homepage. The homepage must be created again after the change. The system automatically stores a backup in the Content Library whenever the theme changes, but only the homepage is backed up; other menus are not. A theme change does not provide a separate editing preview.
  • The 14-day trial can be used to preview a theme without affecting the main website.
  • A Responsive R-Web website cannot be configured as separate desktop and mobile versions or changed back to its former non-Responsive style. Changes made to a template on a computer display the same way on mobile devices, and selected content cannot be shown or hidden differently by device.
  • R-Web editing requires a laptop computer. An iPad or tablet can display the website but cannot edit it.

Images, files, tables, and backgrounds

  • Uploaded images must not exceed 5 MB. An image inserted into website content after resizing must not exceed 500 KB. Attachment-section files must not exceed 10 MB. R-Web does not support WebP files.
  • Image-size requirements vary by section type. Prepare and resize images before uploading; images intended to display at the same size should have matching original dimensions.
  • For a table with four images, upload four separate images and use matching dimensions to reduce misalignment. A large horizontal image below them may use different dimensions. Set the table width to 100 percent so it adjusts across devices.
  • Images sent through LINE cannot be downloaded as original files for dimension checking; send the original files by email instead.
  • The recommended slideshow or hero-banner size is 1,800 × 600 pixels. R-Web does not limit the number of slideshow images.
  • The recommended logo size is 512 × 512 pixels, and the logo file must not exceed 1 MB. Configure the logo on a PC because the required function or menu may not be available on mobile devices.
  • A background image uploaded to R-Web cannot be deleted. Deleted website or editor images cannot be recovered, and deletion cannot be undone after it has been saved.
  • Images stored through the image-library function can be reused only in the section where they were stored. Images used in other sections, including Smart Sections, must be uploaded again.
  • Each social-media or contact icon must be uploaded as a separate image and linked individually. LINE image buttons may not display. To copy an image by right-clicking, disable right-click protection first; a saved HTML document cannot replace an icon because the replacement must be an image file.
  • Images cannot be resized inside the R-Web editor.
  • A map image can be placed on the About Us page. Landing Page images have no required width or height and may be any size.

Articles, products, and shop content

  • An image must be added to an article's main content area for that article's image to appear on the homepage.
  • Deleted article content cannot be recovered, so check an article containing data before deleting it. R-Web does not provide backup recovery for deleted menu or section content.
  • To add more same-size product slots, use the section containing the existing products.
  • Products rearranged in R-Shop must be fetched separately for display on R-Web. Their order may not update on R-Web until the product category is selected again there.
  • R-Web permits changing product codes one product at a time. Changing a product code affects that product's existing SEO.
  • R-Web provides SEO settings for the main Product menu only; individual categories and products do not have separate SEO settings. SEO information for multiple products must be entered together in the Product menu SEO area.
  • Each product page contains only one price section and represents one item and one price in that section. Product tags are optional. In the legacy Website version, one menu can contain only one product-price section, each submenu can have its own product price, and there is no separate shop area for entering products once and displaying them on multiple pages.
  • Hiding products removes them from the website display but does not remove their data from Google.
  • The legacy ordering system cannot combine different colors into one promotional order or automatically determine the combined quantity or price when customers select multiple colors.
  • R-Web's checkout functionality for this use is already at its maximum. Support does not advise on arranging page elements or provide design recommendations for improving checkout flow; functionality beyond the current capability may require an e-commerce website.

Languages and language switching

  • R-Web supports up to three languages. The starting package is suitable for a one-language website.
  • The primary language can be selected according to the customer's preference. The language selector in the editing interface does not control which languages appear on the public website.
  • Customers must manually enter or edit translated content; copied content is not automatically translated into English. Content for all three languages may be created at the same time or one language at a time, but the main language should be completed before it is relied on as the public language.
  • The public language-switching button must be linked before visitors can use it. A button label must be entered as text, not an image, and each language option should use the URL of the corresponding language page.
  • When English is the primary language, users must switch languages to view the Thai or Chinese versions. R-Web displays language flags for two-language websites, and the flags switch languages.
  • If language versions are not linked, Google will not capture information from those versions.

SEO and search visibility

  • Customers are responsible for deciding what SEO content to enter. SEO settings depend on the selected menu type. Available fields include Title Tag, Meta Description, and Meta Keyword; R-Web does not indicate whether a proposed keyword is suitable.
  • SEO details should correspond to and remain consistent with the relevant page. SEO work is separate from website design.
  • Google must crawl a website and collect its information before it can appear in search results. Search rankings can change daily.
  • Upgrading between R-Web packages or versions requires rebuilding the website from the beginning. Previous data cannot be copied into the upgraded package, all website information must be entered again, SEO must be created again, and existing rankings may drop.
  • R-Web does not support uploading SEO-related TXT files through its file manager, uploading HTML or other external files, or placing custom code in the file manager. Whether custom code can be added depends on the code type. Additional work may be needed beyond built-in SEO settings.
  • Links can be added at any desired position in the text editor. Phone numbers, Facebook links, and LINE IDs can be linked in the editor. Email addresses normally do not need links and can be copied into the content.
  • Phone-number elements and LINE elements on a contact page require link configuration before they can be clicked. When multiple phone numbers are shown, link each number individually; if only one is needed, delete the additional number and link the remaining one.
  • R-Web supports videos sourced from YouTube only and does not allow direct uploading of standalone files such as MP4. Pasting embed code directly into the text editor displays the code rather than the video. Customers must enter video-editing code themselves; support uploads the YouTube video but does not edit the associated website code. Different mobile display behavior for an embedded YouTube video requires custom code.
  • Likes, shares, and posts for embedded videos are handled on YouTube rather than on the R-Web website. Facebook content may be restricted by Facebook to a small rectangular area. R-Web does not provide follower counts or follower functionality.
  • R-Web cannot create a pop-up before a visitor enters the website unless external HTML is installed. It does not provide separate code-placement areas for individual pages or subpages; use the code-placement section specified by the code's placement instructions.
  • A Landing Page can be linked from a regular menu without designating that menu as a Landing Page menu. A company landing page may be used for advertising and placed on a subdomain associated with the existing website domain.

HTML, fonts, and display limitations

  • Additional HTML can cause display problems across the entire website, not only one page. HTML inserted into Smart Section must follow the specified format or the layout may become distorted; custom HTML cannot directly replace a Smart Section.
  • An HTML Section can be deleted but cannot be recovered. The support team cannot determine how to edit code inserted by the customer into an HTML Section.
  • Standalone font files cannot be inserted. System-provided fonts cannot be deleted, while fonts added through custom HTML can be removed.
  • Text in the yellow editing area may disappear when the mouse moves away because the area is shown only during editing. Pasted text may be invisible if its font is white, and white text is not visible on a white background. Select all text that should change when changing font color; text may also be pasted directly into its destination without using Notepad.
  • Right-clicking in the table editor may not work when accessed through Chrome.
  • WordPress plugins cannot be added to websites using the Readyplanet hosting and website system. Users must primarily use the platform's own system, and plugin compatibility requires reviewing what the plugin is designed to do.

Data deletion, backup, and website closure

  • Deleting an R-Web file, image, article, HTML Section, forum, Webboard menu, or other menu or section content is permanent or cannot be recovered through the system. A forum cannot be temporarily disabled, has no system for restricting access to specific users or IP addresses, and cannot be restored from a backup after deletion. Removing a Webboard menu is permanent rather than temporary.
  • A website closure request must be made by the owner and verified through the owner's email address. Readyplanet does not have permission to delete customer data.
  • Backups may not be available for restoring data from five to ten years ago. Theme changes back up only the homepage, not other menus or sections.

Promotions and service scope

  • The July promotion is reported as guaranteeing results for six months and, in another statement, twelve months. The previous promotion is reported as guaranteeing results for three, six, nine, and twelve months. Customers who discussed the promotion near the end of the previous month can use it until July 30.
  • The extended promotion requires signing the promotion acceptance and making the first installment payment. If it cannot be completed in time, it can be extended as 30 days of credit, provided the promotion is signed within the current month.
  • The website design offer does not include ongoing maintenance. Customers are expected to configure the website themselves because support does not configure it for them.
  • The website system does not directly support transferring data from Shopee into Readyplanet. A website cannot be created without paying a subscription fee, and editing website information and putting it online under a website name requires a package and service fee.

Prices & Billing

R-Web starting prices and terms

  • The starting R-Web price is 9,500 baht per year. This is also reported as the starting price for the ready-made website service, the website-builder service, and the package for customers who enter their own content.
  • Website charges are paid annually.
  • A two-year R-Web purchase was reported at approximately 16,000 baht total. Paying annually for a longer term can be cheaper than paying for a shorter term; specifically, the annual price for a two-year term was reported as lower than the annual price for a one-year term.
  • An advanced system starts at more than 40,000 baht per year.
  • A multi-user option was reported at approximately 30,000 baht per year for three users.

Website renewal

  • A one-year website renewal was reported at 4,494 baht in one case and at approximately 8,000 to 9,000 baht in another.
  • Renewal pricing can vary from year to year because additional maintenance fees may apply.
  • After R-Web ends, restarting it requires purchasing a new package through the normal process.

Upgrading R-Web

  • The upgrade package starts at 9,500 baht per year.
  • For the first R-Web upgrade, the charge is the difference between the applicable package price and the amount already paid, plus a 500-baht processing fee.

Design and new-website fees

  • The design-included version of R-Web costs 9,900 baht.
  • Its annual renewal price was reported as 59,000 baht.
  • The design fee is paid once at the beginning.
  • The second website model has a design fee and a separate system fee.
  • A new website costs 99,000 baht.

Included services and other charges

  • The R-Web price includes server maintenance and website usage training.
  • Placing code on an R-Web website does not incur an additional charge.
  • The website service offers a 14-day trial.
  • If a charge applies, the company provides a cost estimate.
