Overview

A LINE OA can be displayed as a barcode on a website.
It can also be represented by a LINE account or an @LINE identifier, which is automatically converted into a barcode.
In the LINE OA mobile app, a business account is displayed using the business name and profile logo.

LINE OA can store and edit customer profile information, including the customer's name and telephone number.
It provides short notes containing basic customer information.
LINE OA can be linked with a CRM system to check a customer's purchase history.
