- Send the TXT record to the email service provider through its designated contact channel.
Troubleshooting email service issues
- If email sending and receiving do not work after DNS settings have been changed, contact your email service provider for further assistance.

Using an existing domain with an email provider
- An existing domain can be used to sign up for email service with an email provider.
- Readyplanet approval is not required to use an existing domain for this purpose.
Domain settings and email service
- Changing only the IPC name does not affect the existing email service settings.
- Changing a domain’s Name Server can temporarily prevent its associated email service from working.
- If the Name Server is changed to an external website provider, that provider must configure the email settings for the email service to work.
