Email Service

Overview

Using an email address with a company domain is a separate service from registering the domain name.

Readyplanet does not provide an official company email service.
In this context, email addresses provided through Readyplanet are email-forwarding addresses, separate from the customer's actual Gmail account.
They only forward messages and do not function as full email accounts.

Search for companies that provide corporate email services, or contact an email service provider in Thailand.
Tell the provider that you want a corporate email address ending with your domain. You can sign up directly with the provider using your domain.
After obtaining corporate email service, contact your domain provider to have the MX record configured.
After the email service has been activated, ask the email provider whether any further steps are required.

Changing the domain name’s name server can temporarily prevent the email service from working until the external website provider configures the email settings.
Changing only the domain name’s IPC name does not affect the email service.

The service does not provide email services using a customer’s own domain name, including addresses based on the customer’s domain or linked to the customer’s website.
Using a domain for an email service does not require approval from the service provider.

The service does not handle email login issues or the creation of new email accounts.
